During the early evening hours, Property Watch will be on property to perform patrols, custodial, maintenance responsibilities, and ensure compliance to the Association’s Rules and Regulations.  Owners or guests observing unlawful, dangerous, or disruptive behavior should report concerns to Property Watch within the hours of operation. Property Watch is not a substitute for professional security or police services; owners are encouraged to call 911 if there is an emergency or dangerous threat.
