A refuse room is located on each floor of every residential building, with the exception of the townhomes. Each refuse room is equipped with one large bin and a recycle bin. Please be sure your household garbage is in tied garbage bags before placing in garbage bins. The refuse room’s garbage and recycle items are removed daily.

For larger items, such as cardboard, boxes, crates or odorous household waste,  please place them in the garage dumpsters or contact Owner Services for assistance.
