Move In & Move Out Guidelines

Moving into or out of a Residence can be very trying.  To assist you in this process and provide courtesy to your neighbors, we have developed the following guidelines and policies. Following your review of the guidelines and policies, please contact the General Manager or Owner Services with any questions.

  • Moves must be scheduled at least one week in advance and can be arranged on a first-come-first-served basis by completing and submitting a Moving in & Out Form; a Moving In & Out Form can be obtained from the Forms section of the website
  • Moves are permitted Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Moves are not permitted on holidays
  • As a courtesy to your neighbors, only one resident move in or out per day is scheduled
  • Use of elevators requires appropriate padding (provided and installed by Seasons personnel)
  • Carpeting must be covered and protected in the Common Areas where the moving activities take place. The covering is to be provided and installed by mover.  Covering must be removed daily by 5:00 p.m.
  • The Association does not provide any equipment for moving; the luggage carts cannot be used for moving heavy items
  • Trash, generated by the move, must be removed from property and disposed off-site
  • Any damage caused by the move will be the responsibility of the owner
  • An Entry Authorization Form must be submitted to the Association should an owner require personnel to grant access to the residence in their absence; an Entry Authorization Form can be obtained from the Forms section of the website
  • Upon arrival, the driver’s license of the moving company’s vehicle driver must be provided to the General Manager to gain residence access. The license will be returned the same day following an inspection of the Common Areas accessed by the Mover
  • Trucks and/or vans may park on Sandpoint Avenue or in multiple spaces while active loading or unloading occurs.  However, vehicles and passage access to the walkways and roadways may not be obstructed.
