The Seasons at Sandpoint Association, Inc. is overseen by the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors is a requirement for the Association to function properly. The appointed and elected volunteer officials is the governing body of the Association and are responsible for the ultimate direction of the management, operations of the Association and ensuring the community governing documents are followed and enforced. The Association Board consist of four Directors:
